[edit]Out of scope: flag maps where the (unofficial) flag is also the map. Confusing, unnecessary, and unused outside userspace.

- These flags in the map are COM:INUSE so there is no real reason to delete these. 96.64.111.81 19:54, 14 December 2023 (UTC)

Deleted: COM:INUSE has the section title "File in use in another Wikimedia project" (bold in original) and the very first sentence includes "A media file that is in use on one of the other projects of the Wikimedia Foundation" (bold added). The IP, indeed an LTA, appears not to have actually read the policy. Third party sites not only explicitly do not satisfy COM:INUSE, but may also demonstrate these to be copyvios as that site (1996) predates upload (2021). --Эlcobbola talk 14:55, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
