Old video, personal information, child in view.

This video is haunting a very close person to me. This has no relevancy to be on wikipedia. Also without her concent this has been placed here so that should be a privacy violation. Also there is a child in the video which also can be included in the violation. Again it doesn't have any factual knowledge value. 2001:1C05:2009:C800:B90F:B2B6:B278:4155 19:12, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Info: This video is still available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rs1o4F7h0hk. --Achim55 (talk) 19:59, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
it is only available through the direct link, it's not findable on youtube itself. 87.214.183.133 08:09, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment The video is also COM:INUSE in three Wikipedia articles, so claims about its lack of relevance on Wikipedia are factually incorrect. Being in use is normally an absolute bar to deletion, except in cases of policies on copyright and so forth being violated. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 20:03, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That video can be replaced in the other Wikipedia pages with any other video, it has no factual relevance to the subject. 87.214.183.133 08:10, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • It doesn't matter whether it "can be replaced"; as long as it's in use, it cannot be deleted from Commons. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 16:09, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I fail to understand why it's an absolute necessity for this file to be "in use", the creator of the file has already hidden it on YouTube and the file is only accessible through the direct link. The only way to thus access this file now is not via YouTube Search, but through this Wiki page. Why would you not respect the privacy of the person portrayed? 87.214.183.133 17:55, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not in use now, so it can be deleted then. 87.214.183.133 17:59, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
After analysis of VRTS Ticket#2023051010010113 (sent by public broadcaster which initially uploaded the documentary to YouTube), judged the request is genuine and removed the links to the nl:w pages. - RonaldB (talk) 23:32, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • In that case, it seems like it would be reasonable for Commons to delete the file, too. I haven't viewed the video and have no opinions about it, only that it could not have been deleted from Commons as long as it was in use in any Wikimedia articles. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 23:52, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You don't get more votes because you are using a different IP address. My feeling is that now that it's not in use, and especially because of the statement by RonaldB, the file will be deleted, but deletion doesn't get more likely because you repeat your argument from additional IPs. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:59, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per discussion: unused video, contains prsonal information. --Ankry (talk) 21:08, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
