The own work claim is very dubious. The file is rather old while the EXIF says the photo is taken using a Canon PIXMA MP630, coming after 2005. File:Alina Cała.jpg has the same problem. Mhhossein talk 07:24, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please, consider that Canon PIXMA MP630 is not a camera but a scanner/printer. My numerous own old paper photos were scanned (after 2005) with this scanner for the purpose of writing several articles in Wikipedia and illustrate them with the appropriate pictures. Happa: Thanks for the note. Can you show via OTRS that you're old enough for having taken those pictures? Regards. --Mhhossein talk 13:56, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I am old enough, Happa (talk) 18:27, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, not enough to say it here. --Mhhossein talk 05:34, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Before I state, how old I am, could you please, substantiate, what are the grounds of your significant doubt about my age (see COM:PRP) and please present the reasons why you question my COM:AGF, thank you, Happa (talk) 21:02, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, we've got a different meaning for COM:AGF than what we have in Wikipedia. Here it reads: "When dealing with possible copyright violations, good faith means assuming that editors intend to comply with site policy and the law. That is different from assuming they have actually complied with either. Editors should do their best to document the files they upload, and material may be deleted if the documentation is incorrect or inadequate." Anyway, you should be in your 70s for having taken the mentioned mentioned. --Mhhossein talk 19:11, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please, instruct me, how I should document my age and explain the circumstances of these pictures' taking (I understand in accordance with GDPR). I still question your reasoning, since such an approach might lead to considering „incorrect or inadequate documentation” in cases such as:
  • the author has not proven he is rich enough to travel to a distant place
  • the author has not proven he is of the proper faith to enter a given temple
  • the author has not proven he had the right to enter a building which is closed to the public.

In all above cases you would consider „possible copyright violations”. This is somewhat crazy. Happa (talk) 21:41, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Happa, age is somehow different from the circumstances you described above and there had been files deleted on the similar ground. I just raised questions for the admins to note, they may keep your files. Regards. --Mhhossein talk 07:03, 11 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep There is absolutely no way somebody needs to prove their age in this case. If we were talking about somebody having to be above 110 years old, I would probably vote differently, but in this case somebody stating that they are old enough is sufficient. ℺ Gone Postal ( ) 13:34, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: uploader's age is not the issue. But both photos are clearly DW, so uploader is not the photographer and thus not the copyright holder. P 1 9 9   18:01, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
