While this book is PD in Poland and PD in US, it is not PD in Russia that probably should be considered as the country of origin (but unsure). The author was rehabilitated in 1956, so it will be PD in Russia in 2027. The book was published by publishing agency located in Soviet Union, printed in Soviet Union, but intended for distribution in Poland as communist propaganda. In a similar case of the magazine "Amerika" (eg. this file), which was intended for distribution in Soviet Union, I consider it to be a US publication, not a Russian publication. As I think, that the policy should be consistent in such cases, I am nominating this upload for deletion. Ankry (talk) 22:17, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
