Original contains mention uploaded by MagicNumberSix , the website has licence CC-3 but states that unless CC-3 is mentioned, rights may be reserved. I am not sure this has the right licence for WP. Havang(nl) (talk) 19:42, 2 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Havang(nl): Hello, Now that you are telling me, the text relate to CC-3 is ambiguous. I looked on the website, and exept a copy of a Wikipédia page, there is no mention of the CC. I will post a comment and ask them.--CoffeeEngineer (talk) 21:47, 2 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Havang(nl): Hello, I got an email statting:
Hi, there --
If you can ensure proper attribution is included with the photo, then permission is granted for its use on Wikipedia.
Thanks! Randy Golden https://midlifecrisiscrossover.com"
What should we do now?
Thank you in advance for your answer. --CoffeeEngineer (talk) 18:15, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
- The licence is already with attribution, that's oké now. - However, there is another copyright problem for the 2 objects of art within the photograph. The artist has copyright prevaling on the copyright of the photographer --Havang(nl) (talk) 18:22, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Havang(nl): Ok, what items are problematic on this picture ?
- @Havang(nl): I was thinking, if it can threaten the blog, I would prefer to remove it.
- That image below and to the right was the reason that I studied the licence. That image has an author which is not the photographer. And the mannequin has to be considered object of art also. But it is a limit case, I let others decide.--Havang(nl) (talk) 07:28, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
Deleted: derivative work of 2 object. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 07:01, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
