- @A1Cafel: , yes, but there's also this: another change of policy? -- Blackcat 14:44, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Blackcat: Please read https://pixabay.com/service/terms/#license: The Pixabay license doesn't allow "Sale or distribution of Content as digital Content or as digital wallpapers (such as on stock media websites)", which implies a non-commercial restriction, and this fails COM:L--A1Cafel (talk) 14:56, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, @A1Cafel: , but I read in the same article: Under the Pixabay License you are granted an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty free right to use, download, copy, modify or adapt the Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes, then The Pixabay License does not allow: Sale or distribution of Content as digital Content or as digital wallpapers. So it seems to say two opposite things in the same article, am I missing something? -- Blackcat 15:04, 9 May 2021 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination - Not the best legal drafting I have seen, but it differentiates between using an image, perhaps in an ad, which is permitted, and selling the image for use by the buyer. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 13:53, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
