•  Keep. When China News Service official account uploaded a video marked with Youtube CC licence (see Template:China_News_Service), they declared that people have the permission to reprint the video, make a screenshot or edit it. --ClayM300 (talk) 13:01, 9 January 2021 (UTC)

Deleted: I did not find a general discussion about these films. Commons:Deletion requests/File:航拍浙江温岭槽罐车爆炸事故现场.png concerns a similar situation. The film discussed on that DR has a CC-BY-SA Youtube license. The film of this DR does NOT have this license. Perhaps because the film has a music track, but China News Service does not say the visuals are free to use. Based on this the image must be deleted. --Elly (talk) 19:21, 11 September 2021 (UTC)
