Keep A permission should not be necessary because this image was released under a Creative Commons license which is sufficiently free for this Wikimedia media project. I can remember thatnthere was a special notice thatncan be place below the image in order to show that personality rights have to be protected. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.2.49.208 (talk • contribs)
- Keep Looking at the photo in the context of the set on Flickr, it seems to be taken at a beach. (Toplessness at beaches is not considered "nudity" in many places, and beaches are generally not considered "private" places.) This person and others are in multiple photos in the set, apparently a group of friends enjoying a day at the beach. The set of photos have been publicly on Flickr under a free license for almost 2 years. The allegations of the nominator seem unsupported. -- Infrogmation (talk) 17:21, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
