While the license for the photography part of this has been confirmed via license review, it shows a copyrighted contemporary 2D artwork located in San Francisco (US). Unfortunately, FOP does only apply to architecture in the US. El Grafo (talk) 12:26, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
- Comment Official Commons policy about images of graffiti (The 2D artwork, mentioned above): They are kept for the claim that an author might be denied any copyright relief based on an illegal act.--CikkMiX (talk) 23:47, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
- Keep Seems in line with other allowed graffiti photos. Please, let us be consistent.--CikkMiX (talk) 23:47, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
- That is certainly not "official Commons policy", as it does not have {{Policy}} on it. Even {{Non-free graffiti}} states that there is no legal base for this and that it is against COM:PCP (which is official policy). --El Grafo (talk) 12:16, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- Comment There is no Commons policy, which states that we should eliminate graffiti photos. Even the frequent use of {{Non-free graffiti}} template shows that Commons do Keep these images.
By the way this kind of topic has been discussed before and resulted in Kept, based upon: COM:CB#Graffiti.--CikkMiX (talk) 21:05, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
