Old german newspaper ad, not the uploader's own work. Might be old enough for something like {{PD-old}}, but for that we would need to know who the author was and if s/he has been dead for >70 years. El Grafo (talk) 15:44, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
- Info RfC added on de:User talk:Daniela_Englert; maybe her source contains a better hint than "1912". BTW, the deletion request was apparently inspired by a discussion on the talk page. If the main problem are the four lines at the bottom, how about keeping the picture without these lines? –Be..anyone (talk) 05:55, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for notifying the uploader. I think the main problem are not the lines at the bottom – we could crop them out easily (if they reach the threshold of originality). The ad itself, however, may be old enough to be free in the US ({{PD-US-1923}}), but we need more information about it in order to assess the copyright status in the country of origin (Germany, I'd guess?). Warum wurde dieses Bild gelöscht? Es ist definitiv eine Werbeanzeige der UEBE Medical GmbH und obliegt auch deren Urheberrecht!
