- I changed the title, the description and the categories. "Wassilla Hachci" is wiped out everywhere, except for a redirect. I don't think there's a reason to delete the picture now. Commons has hundreds of pictures with unknown people. Apdency (talk) 09:05, 7 March 2018 (UTC)

Support deletion especially because the author agrees; the photograph is subject to Dutch portretrecht. Probably the people are not even relevant if the even the photographer does not know their names.

The author, Sebastiaan ter Burg, now agrees with keeping it, as we can read here and here. Also what he says here above, (13:44, 7 March 2018) points in that direction.
