Fotografia ta zgodnie z polskim prawem podlega ochronie - majątkowe prawa autorskie przysługują p. Jerzemu Szczecińskiemu, synowi autora zdjęcia p. Karola Szczecińskiego. Jedynym podmiotem mogącym udzielać licencji na wykorzystanie tej fotografii jest agencja fotograficzna East News. Proszę o usunięcie zdjęcia ze wspólnej domeny. Delete According to discussion on Polish Wikipedia and information provided by Lotharian, the photo was restricted. Note: copyright for this photo is valid until 2066. A.J. (talk) 15:02, 27 November 2012 (UTC)- Delete I believe that this photo still meets requirements of template {{PD-Polish}}, and I am not convinced about arguments suggesting that it is not in Public Domain. However I believe the argument in discussion on Polish Wikipedia, which was started by someone presumably representing family of the photographer, who argues that publication of the image without indicating its copyright status was due to sloppiness of the publisher. I am sad about loosing such an interesting image, but I will delete it as a gesture of good will. --Jarekt (talk) 16:26, 27 November 2012 (UTC)
