•  Keep. Usually, the reason we're strict about copyright is not to not get sued, but to ensure that our content really is free. One case in which the primary purpose is to avoid legal trouble, however, is requiring OTRS (Commons:Permission#An extreme example). Is their mom/dad really going to sue over this?
