The sculpture was completed in 2007 by Jaume Plensa (1955–). There is no freedom of panorama in France, permission from the sculptor is required A1Cafel (talk) 03:47, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]


 Keep per Commons:De minimis. It's impossible to photograph that square, the main subject of the photo, without getting these sculptures in the way. There are many others in the same situation at Category:Place Masséna, Nice, maybe half of those +200 files are in the same situation. If absolutely needed I would blur the sculptures, but in that case the same should be applied to all those files in Category:Place Masséna, Nice. Darwin Ahoy! 05:54, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
