This image does not meet the license as stated. It is from the correct website, but is not at an event or party held by the website and therefore does not qualify for the license as stated. The Haz talk 04:04, 11 January 2015 (UTC)
Please read the license agreement carefully. It does not say that the event or party has to be "held by the website", but all events and parties images that are taken by photographers of the website. To quote, "\exclusively created by their own photographers". The licensing states that it must be a Bollywood Hungama party or event in addition to being taken by one of their photographers. It is why your other uploads are okay and this one isn't.
