      • It also says that commons is not an amateur porn site. This is very low quality material, no lubricants are used and it has no educational value. 75% of the video is about a man showing how his penis can dance. How does this have any value? Bijdenhandje (talk) 19:53, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
        • I believe that COM:INUSE takes priority:

        A media file that is in use on one of the other projects of the Wikimedia Foundation is considered automatically to be useful for an educational purpose (emphasis mine)

        Having said that, it is now used only on a talk page, so this no longer applies.
