1952 work by Juan Nakpil, dead in 1986. No freedom of panorama in the phils. Freedom of panorama allows people to create copies of copyrighted artistic works and use them for ANY purposes including commercial. Philippine copyright extends to works of art like buildings and sculptures. Copyright expires 50 years after the death of its artist (architect, painter, sculptor, or designer). Philippine copyright law doesnt recognize freedom of panorama. It only allows copies of such works like photos of buildings and sculptures if they are used for reporting or for teaching purposes if fair use is applied. Wikipedia commons doesnt allow fair use or for-noncommercial-only material Mrcl lxmna (talk) 03:50, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
