Delete Ownership of the depicted object is irrelevant. The relevant question is who took the photograph. I really, really, really doubt it was actually created by en:User:Limongi. Limongi initially uploaded a low-resolution version of File:Fala do trono.jpg with a low-resolution version of the current image superimposed and claimed to be the copyright holder. A few weeks later, they uploaded the current version over it and claimed in the upload summary that it was a photo from Agência Brasil (they seem to have made that claim about all their uploads around that time; pretty much all of them have been deleted). —LX (talk, contribs) 15:46, 15 July 2012 (UTC)
