Sorry, but this statue is from 1968 and thereby still copyrighted. Regrettably, there is no freedom-of-panorama exception for public works in the U.S. So, a permission from the sculptor is needed or the image needs to be deleted. -- Túrelio (talk) 08:59, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
