- Keep: The song itself obviously falls under the category of folk-songs, as well as the fact that it was developed as a patriotic folk-song (and re-published by Sojuzmul′tfil′m, potentially qualifying it to be a state-song) during the Russian Civil War, easily devoiding any copyriğt formerly applied to it.
