No encyclopedic value. There are insulting statements against Islam in the video cited as the source and in the comments of the copyright holder. The video uploaded to Commons is both offensive and does not historically reflect the Turkish azan. The main purpose of Wikimedia Projects is to contribute. Also, the video's description contains a sentence: "7 temmuz 2022: loooo agalar!!!! vikipediye yüklicem kodumun türkçe ezanını!!! hahahaah!! bari abone mabone kasak laooooo :D." (Translation: Hey, I am going to upload (kodumun = Turkish bad word) this to Wikipedia. At least, my subscribers will increase.) Promotional purposes are also here. Also, the video's description contains a sentence, right after THAT sentence: "şaka maka, burda millet bana sövücene bari millet vikpedide türkçe ezanı özgürce dinleyebilsin.", "all joking aside, instead people insulting me here, people should listen turkish azan freely in wikipedia". it is just literally joke. why you didnt keep reading? but in audio file, the "Haydi felaha" section is "Haydi kurtuluşa". "kurtuluş" word is equal word of "felah" and it is more "present day turkish language". BUT, actually you can be right; if i would add this as "turkish azan in 1932-1950". the only thing you would do to want me change that section into with "felah" word from with "kurtuluş" word.
