This image, taken on 10 November 2023, is in the copyright of Paul Clarke, a London photographer. It has been taken from the CPS website without permission, and wrongly given an open licence. The metadata confirms both the author's copyright and assertion of moral rights in the work. No form of open licensing has been discussed or agreed with the rights holder. Delete Seems to be a good-faith upload made in error, due to ambiguity on the CPS website, which says "You may use and re-use the information featured on this website (not including logos) free of charge in any format or medium, under the terms of the Open Government Licence v3.0."
