The sculptor of this statuette, de:Helene Scholz-Zelezny, died in 1974, so this work of art is not in the PD yet in either Austria or Italy (where she lived). The file should therefore be deleted, it can be restored in 2045. By then the (uncredited at the original source) photo will be 129 years old, old enough for {{PD-old-assumed}}. - Photographs are protected by copyright up to 50 years after publication. Since the photograph was published in the newspaper Wiener Bilder Nr. 9 vom 27. - This is not (primarily) about the photograph, it's about the work of art it shows, which has a copyright as well. And in Germany (and Austria, and many other countries), photographs are protected for the photographer's lifetime plus another 70 years; only X-ray images, satellite imagery, photos by automated photo booths and such are deemed “simple” photographs (de:Lichtbild) which are protected for 50 years from publication. Please inform yourself about copyright before uploading any more files. See Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany, or Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Germany/de for the German version. --Rosenzweig τ 18:32, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
