this file should be deleted because of false information about its origin. uploader of this file is not author or copyright holder of this work as he claims. he simply slightly modified and uploaded this image that was created by me (user:PANONIAN): http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Radoslav_celnik01.png These two images are almost identical and only difference between them is an strange red circle that is painted in derivative version. This modified image does not provide any new relevant info and it is almost identical copy of original image with false claim about its author and origin. it is also not used anywhere. Keep. You released your file to PD and the license can be fixed. If you don't understand something you can ask it in the files talk page. To me it look loke pointing certain place in the map. Can be usfull. I don't see reason to delete. Geagea (talk) 08:22, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
