Per COM:FOP#Slovenia: a copyrighted advertisement and a space invader (see [1]). Eleassar (t/p) 17:52, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
I guess Slovenia is the only country where Space Invaders and graffiti are copyrighted (or maybe this can be achieved for every country with some far-fetched law amaterism). But I still don't see what does it have to do with FOP though. --Sporti (talk) 06:28, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
- As to graffiti, calling the opinion of two well-known and cited in court copyright experts "far-fetched amaterism" makes only your comment seem far-fetched. As to the FOP, article 52 states that works in public spaces are free only for non-commercial reusage, and this work is located in a public space. --Eleassar (t/p) 07:46, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
Kept: as per Sporti. Yann (talk) 13:44, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
Calling the opinion of two well-known and cited in court copyright experts "far-fetched amaterism" can't be the reason to keep an image. The advertisement is also not free. Eleassar (t/p) 22:30, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
- Stop twisting my words and stop toying with DRs, "far-fetched amaterism" is referring to your far-fetched interpretations and you know it. --Sporti (talk) 06:32, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
