Primarily, it shows a woman standing by several video games. She is certainly identifiable in the photo. It is not clear if the person uploading the photo is the person who published the photo at flickr; if not it is quite possible the subject has not consented to the use of the photo for anything other than the personal usage of the photographer. Looking at the commons guidelines such consent would ideally have been obtained and indicated before uploading. Benthatsme (talk) 20:16, 5 January 2015 (UTC)
