The subject was a Member of Parliament, so it's hard to understand how the image is out of scope. If an image is low quality/resolution, tag it with {{Low quality}} so as to encourage others to find higher resolution ones. The flickr account holder is "Michael Ignatieff" who is depicted in the photo. He did not make the photo - it was "Matthew Moulton" as he writes on the flickr photo page. Now the license is by-nd which is not usable by us. According to license review it was "by" - but however, the permission from the photographer seems to be missing. So I think we can/should delete it this time - due to the license issue. ;-) Saibo (Δ) 23:13, 24 July 2011 (UTC)
- Keep Michael Ignatieff was until very recently the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, and Matthew Moulton was a party photographer. Ignatieff's Flickr stream was linked to in party materials, and not surprisingly has not been updated since Ignatieff stepped down as party leader. The photographs are a work-for-hire, and Ignatieff/the Liberal Party clearly freely licensed them. We do not need any OTRS permission from the photographer himself, as never do when a corporate entity freely licenses its images. --Skeezix1000 (talk) 00:24, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
