Falsified licensing data, not a free image. Source provided by uploader makes no reference to the image being released as CC-by-3.0, and imaged is clearly watermarked. Regards, Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 18:18, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
- 'Delete - image is from BollywoodHungama which does freely license some of their images, but not all. Template:BollywoodHungama has the details, with one of the requirements (underlined in the template) is that the image must be from an event or party in India. This is from an event in Dubai, so it's not covered. After they uploaded the image, the editor added this saying the image was verified by an admin. IP editors have subsequently removed copyvio deletion requests and the deletion notice. Ravensfire (talk) 18:38, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
What can i say you assume that ip addresses have revert back edits so it should be deleted, but its not genuine reason and ok if it is copyrighted then should be deleted. My concern was that i added license by BH which shows that some admin has to review it then should decide. ARY121 (talk) 18:49, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
- @ARY121: , When you added the license by BH, did you carefully review the terms and check that the image met those terms? In particular, the "in India" requirement? The file name on BH tells you where it was take - Bollywood Parks in Dubai. See the conflict here? Ravensfire (talk) 16:09, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
