- What an absurd premise. The photo was released by the Government PR Department under an appropriate license. The other site just recirculated it. Obviously, they don't hold the copyright. --Varavour (talk) 01:33, 6 June 2019 (UTC)
- @Varavour: It's very likely that image has been issued by the Royal Household Bureau (which is Copyright by Bureau of The Royal House Hold, The Kingdom of Thailand 2003 - 2015) or more probably https://www.facebook.com/pages/Bureau-of-the-Royal-Household-Sanam-Suepa/621661138000622 then recirculated by the Government PR Department. - Delete. No evidence of permission. Past cases of royal family photos being CC-licensed have all used noncommercial licences which are unaccepted here at Commons. Paul_012 (talk) 15:20, 10 June 2019 (UTC)
