Freedom of panorama in Thailand does include a requirement of sorts of the permanence of an artwork's public display. The specific wording is, "ศิลปกรรมใดอันตั้งเปิดเผยประจำอยู่ในที่สาธารณะ"—"any artwork... regularly openly located in a public place". The "regularly" part is missing from the unofficial WIPO translation. The photo here is of a temporary display, arranged to commemorate the Prince's third birthday. I don't think that it passes the "regularly" requirement, and as such, is not covered by FoP and constitutes a copyright violation. I've previously left this image alone, considering that it's the only image of the subject available, but since it's now badly outdated perhaps having no image at all would be better for Wikipedia anyway. --Paul_012 (talk) 09:10, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
- Agree. The Prince himself no longer lives in Thailand. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.237.151.117 (talk • contribs) 04:42, 22 September 2017 (UTC) (UTC)
