 Keep The statement in Flickr description is pretty clear: "CC BY 3.0". These are not letters you gather randomly pounding the keyboard... Multi-licensing is possible, after all, and file description in Flickr is provided by the very same person providing the "license" under the picture date. Strakhov (talk) 21:44, 1 March 2020 (UTC)

 Keep Agreed with Strakhov. If it was the other way around - the machine license was set to CC-BY but the Flickr user affirmatively declared "All rights reserved" in the description, then I'd respect the copyright claim. Some Flickr users are often unaware that they can set licenses for individual images if they're aware of their licensing setting at all. Ytoyoda (talk) 15:43, 4 March 2020 (UTC)
