The chapel was built in the 1930s according to the plan of some Martin Golob, whose year of death is unknown; it is most probable that he still lived after 1945. Nominated per COM:FOP#Slovenia. Eleassar (t/p) 12:33, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The architecture is still copyrighted in the source country, therefore the current copyright act applies. Per Article 193, the new copyright act applies for all works that were in 1995 still protected according to the Yugoslav copyright act.
See also a similar case regarding Germany,[1] where it was determined that the current FOP provisions apply for old photographs from before 1965 no matter that the law changed in 1965. --Eleassar (t/p) 08:13, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: as per Miha. The chapel is very simple, and there is no sufficient doubt about a copyright violation. Yann (talk) 07:34, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
