"New files should not be uploaded with this tag, or they will be deleted" is clearly stated in the template of "NOT-PD-US-URAA" AntonierCH (d) 16:28, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  1.  Keep Uploaded from Google Art Project cultural Beta:[1], Category:Amrita Sher-Gil: "Note: All her works are in Public domain in India, hence you may use the tag - PD-India. They are also in the Public Domain in the European Union and all other countries where the copyright expires 70 years after the death of an author, hence PD-old-70 also applies." + better quality image than Amrita Sher-Gil - Portrait of young man.jpg, already on site --DDupard (talk) 17:07, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  2.  Keep Amrita Sher-Gil died in 1941. See the note in Category:Amrita Sher-Gil : "All her works are in Public domain in India". As for using URAA as the sole reason for deletion, please see Commons:Massive restoration of deleted images by the URAA. — Racconish ☎ 17:37, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Read the template itself, URAA files uploaded previous this decision can be kept. Otherwise, no they can't be uploaded. --AntonierCH (d) 18:25, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

See the template talk page: this passage does not seem to reflect the community consensus after the 2014 RFC. — Racconish ☎ 07:37, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
