This file was initially tagged by Stemoc as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: semi-blacklisted Flickr user, images of celebs from events on their stream is not owned by them Wdwd (talk) 13:17, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have checked the source on Flickr, which the license said Some rights reserved, and when I clicked on the link, it say CC BY 2.0. Does that not mean it is okay to use, as long as your give appropriate credit? Aviator006 (talk) 17:17, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello! I'm the person who originally uploaded the file onto Commons. I also assumed that given the source on Flickr is an Attribution 2.0 Generic (CC BY 2.0) license, it would be appropriate to upload as long I gave credit. Could someone please enlighten me on what this deletion rationale means? Cinccino (talk) 17:49, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you go through the Commons:Questionable Flickr images/Users, the flickr account for 'landrovermena' has been blacklisted due to improper licensing, so every image pertaining to image of their Products is deemed to be owned and licensed by them such as this image for example but if the image has an exif which credits some photographer, it means they don't actually own rights to those image, we have been having issues with this since 2012, i don't agree with it but we have come to the conclusion that we will allow images taken at events for the vehicles specifically but if the exif data of any of the image shows it was taken by some known/established photographer, then we do not allow that image....
