- @King of Hearts: The PD-Peru-photo template states that if it was published before 1975, it would still be in the public domain since they were published in 1970. Even then however, Panini are the authors of the images so Italian copyright laws should apply. Regardless, if both apply then why not also insert the PD-Peru-photo template instead of nominating the images for deletion? SuperSkaterDude45 (talk) 19:52, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
- @SuperSkaterDude45: I did not nominate them for deletion. Someone else nominated it for expedited deletion ("no permission") and I disagreed, but I couldn't tell for sure what the correct copyright tag should be, so I've brought it to DR. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 09:13, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
- @King of Hearts: My bad, I'm just giving the rationale over why the original author chose to use PD-Italy over PD-Peru. Regardless, all selected images are in the public domain given both copyright tags. SuperSkaterDude45 (talk) 18:24, 16 January 2023 (UTC)
