Copyright violation. The architect of this building, Albert Laprade, died in 1978. No FoP in France. Jebulon (talk) 21:42, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The building was completed in 1964 by architect Albert Laprade (1883–1978). Sadly, there is no freedom of panorama in France. The copyright terms of France lasted for 70 years, and the images can be undeleted in 2049. Perhaps Jcb is arguing on COM:TOO, but I don't see any reason why this building is below TOO. It deserves a protection from copyright A1Cafel (talk) 15:21, 4 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Delete It's possible that peoples may argue keep reasons again based on TOO or even COM:DM, so I must point another thing that both can be failed: the golden sculpture here is not an important part of this building, and although removing it will not broke the understanding of a sane building, it can only be happened in countries where FOP is okey, to which France isn't this case. Yes, the COM:DM#Guidelines 6th case is applied here. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:15, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
