- "Paraguayan currencies are presumed to be copyrighted." So this is a mere presumption and doesn't require any quick action. Give us time to reach a consensus on likely uploading it locally on Wikivoyage, where it's in use. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:53, 7 September 2022 (UTC)

- Comment I understand the precautionary principle, so I'm not arguing Commons should host it, but I'd point out that there also seems to be no reason to believe it's not freely usable. - Delete. Continued hosting of works of unknown copyright status may risk letting the copyright holders (in this case a Paraguayan government body) of slapping Wikimedia Foundation with DMCA notice (which the Commons community tries to avoid).
