An unused and cropped version of File:Tiara3.png, which is saved in an inferior format. Bellae artes (talk) 23:50, 2 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

so, we should delete all pictures at commons not in use? This one is different - without ribbons. Sometimes that kind of symbol is necessary. E.g. I needed it creating collage like that. --Shakko (talk) 09:08, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes. Bellae artes (talk) 18:04, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, and that whole inferior format and same as the source image thing I mentioned as well. Bellae artes (talk) 18:05, 3 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The arguments not justify a reason for deletion. --Botaurus (talk) 11:48, 4 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion policy seems to think that Redundant and Bad quality are reasons for deletion. The file is a closer cropped image of another file and is unused, making it redundant to keep. THe image is a JPG while the original is a PNG, meaning this redundant file is also pixelated and distorted when compared against the higher quality original image. And besides, if this closer cropped version is needed again (we have other files of the tiara without tassels already), it would be easy enough to recreate it. There is nothing lost by deleting this small, poor quality image. Bellae artes (talk) 7:33, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
"we have other files of the tiara without tassels already" - where? --Shakko (talk) 09:08, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Is that a serious question? Look through Category:Papal tiaras, you will find large files, old drawings, SVG images and so forth. No need for this poor quality, cropped image. Bellae artes (talk) 03:09, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: No reason for deletion. Yann (talk) 07:18, 10 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
