The building was completed in 1997 by architect Anca Petrescu (1949–2013). Sadly, there is no freedom of panorama in Romania. The copyright terms of Romania lasted for 70 years, and the images can be undeleted in 2084 A1Cafel (talk) 02:04, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

- There were many cases of deleting these kind of photos (depicting this building), that it should be speedy deleted by one of admins. Matlin (talk) 15:28, 7 January 2021 (UTC)

- The freedom of panorama exist in Romania provided, that reproduction is not used for commercial purposes! I think Wikimedia has no commercial purpose.--Qasinka (talk) 08:27, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
