I think the filer is talking about personality rights and consent requirement. Judging by the username, the filer might be the person depicted in the photo. So, the photo may not have been stolen from him (as he is obviously not the photographer), but it may have been taken / uploaded without his consent. Apologies, yes I am not the person who appears in the picture or the photographer. I found this image and I uploaded it with good intentions. I thought the researcher had relevance to have their own page so I created this profile. I have done that before with other researcher and never had an issue. Please, feel free to delete the image.
