 Delete: The PBS logo has been deleted from Commons in the past for being above TOO. It is even one of the examples given at Commons:Copyright rules by territory/United States#Threshold of originality. Its 1998 logo has a copyright registration (VA0001310087); this is far more likely to be because of the "Everyman"/"P-head" in the circle, which was tweaked for (but remains very much part of) the 2019 logo, than anything else.
