Probable copyvio. This is the derivative work of copyrighted image which was posted to Panoramio on 2011/01/13 by hovik95 (possibly he/she is the same person as User:Hovik95). Takabeg (talk) 21:34, 10 January 2013 (UTC)

- The last conribution of Hovik95 was made on May 15, 2010, while the user was blocked on July 17, 2011, more than a year after the user's inactivity, suggesting the user didn't even have access to their password when any of their files were nominated for deletion to make comments nor defend themselves, and was blocked while not having uploaded anything for more than a year. Makes no sense at all, especially considering not all uploads of the user were copyvio. I'd suggest using {{Unblock}} but that doesn't make much sense if the user doesn't even remember the password.
