If the Donald Trump official portraits are copyrighted (as had been ruled after some OTRS magic that I'm not privy to), it would follow that this picture of Pence, seemingly from the same session and taken by the same photographer, would also be a copyvio. • This is pure madness to assume that White House official photographs are under copyright. It's clearly stated in here that all the content is licenced under CC 3.0, and I'd rather believe the official statement of US government than OTRS request by an unconfirmed person. Moreover, there are no examples of photographers of the White House to ask the deletion of their works if there're marked as government work. Al-Douri (talk) 19:28, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • same is with Mike Pence official portrait (cropped).jpg, Mike Pence Vice Presidential portrait.jpg, Mike Pence VP portrait crop 2.jpg --Andrew J.Kurbiko (talk) 19:38, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. I can confirm based on EXIF data that this was taken both by the same camera as the Trump photo and about the same time. (This is public information, and so I can state it without running afoul of confidentiality.) As such, this is also not public domain based on information in ticket:2017050810015705 (which I cannot explain further). I have removed the public domain tag. ~ Rob13Talk 21:19, 4 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Adding others taken by the same photographer

The bottom two images though quite distinct from the official ones were also taken by the same photographer...makes you wonder if the same photographer was hired to take the "transitional" images of other members of Trump's cabinet too, we need this investigated, OTRS is doing a bad job in regards to this...All this was brought up nearly a month ago, why was it not handled properly? and why has the "photographer" not replied to all this in a month?--Stemoc 06:21, 5 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete all per BU Rob13. These images were uploaded without proper licensing on the false assumption that they were created by the U.S. Government and are therefore public domain.- MrX 14:30, 5 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. --Jcb (talk) 12:02, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I note for the record that the word "Pence" appears only twice in ticket:2017050810015705. Both entries are internal, by an OTRS agent, so there is no evidence there of any permission for the use of any of Coulter's images of Pence. .     Jim . . .
