 Keep Not a random date of creation. The last bits of the Mountainous Republic were defeated and incorporated into the Mountain Autonomous SSR in 1921, after which these six would not have sat together for a photograph because they had mostly fled to different parts of Europe and Asia. Even if this was taken after 1921, it could not have been after the death of Tsalikov in September 1928. A version of the photo here dates it to a 1920 meeting in Tbilisi. A more specific license may be preferred, but clearly was taken at least 96 years ago and most likely more than 100 years ago. —Tcr25 (talk) 13:51, 22 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
