Per RfC, PDM 1.0 marked as PD-self/author is not allowed in Commons, they must be marked as {{PD-old-70}} or {{PD-USGov}}, as they cannot specified the status of the sourced country and the USA. Well-Informed Optimist (talk) 16:10, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep: What kind of pedantic nonsense is this? The photographer has kindly donated this image to the public domain. This image is without copyright, it has no restrictions and can be used for any purpose. There is no benefit to deleting it. edward (talk) 11:39, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep I had contacted the author, and they have relicensed the work in CC0 so now this should not be a problem. Check the machine readable license as well as the description of the photo on Flickr. Archived link

Kept: The Flickr user has changed it to a CC0 license. Files marked solely with PD-Mark 1.0 are routinely deleted on Commons because it does not contain enforceable conditions required by COM:L. --Green Giant (talk) 09:37, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
