If the author is unknown, we can not simply assume that s/he has been dead for >70 years. Maybe if it was a picture from 1822, but for a picture from 1922 that seems unreasonable to me. El Grafo (talk) 14:13, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

 Delete The author is only unknown for the uploader. Regarding Com:PCP we may have to delete als unknown author photos from 1860 till 1943. That's a huge amount. --Ras67 (talk) 15:31, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
