Not in public domain GoogleMe (talk) 18:50, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is in public domain, as the person is no work of art or something else. You may take a picture of whoever and that person has nothing to say. JustEase (talk) 20:21, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The person who took the picture is the owner, not the subject. This picture is owned by the photographer, a newspaper or something similar. Public domain does not mean that the picture was taken in public. GoogleMe (talk) 20:47, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, under norwegian law, the subject of the picture also has rights to the picture, but that doesn't really matter. The copyright holder of this photo is a newspaper, so this image should be deleted Laaknor (talk) 22:05, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Clear violation of the photographer's copyright. Should be speedy deleted. - 4ing (talk) 08:39, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
