Originally marked as copyvio by Blackfish, I see this logo below the TOO. {{PD-textlogo}} is valid so I vote

Delete: It is registered tradmark of SM Mlekowvita - ® - and it is not on any of free licence, so it cannot be use without a permission. Nowadays all logos are simple and easy to replicate using graphic software, but it should not be a reason for copyrights violations. Blackfish (talk) 09:38, 6 May 2015 (UTC)
- Most logos are in fact "trademarked", which is not the same that "copyrighted". I suggest you to see Logo Copyright/Trademark which gives further details on this topic (..."In a fair amount of cases, a logo is considered a trademark without also being a copyright. This is most often the case for simple logos that only contain letters or simple geometric shapes. The rationale here is that such simple logos do not meet the threshold of originality required under U.S. copyright law....).
