How is this educational? If we wished to use an image of a man and a woman for educational purposes we would use one that is unambiguously validly licensed. No. This is not educational. This was uploaded solely to decorate and promote the people shown in spammy Wikipedia articles. If this was done with their consent then it is spamming. If it was done without their consent then it is still spamming and also an invasion of their privacy. --DanielRigal (talk) 01:05, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
