Delete Neither http://judicial.alabama.gov/ nor www.alabama.gov state that fact. You need to show where the permission is given. Note this has already been deleted once Commons:Deletion requests/File:Rmoore.png. it should not have been re-created. Ronhjones (Talk) 00:49, 21 May 2017 (UTC)
- Delete Alabama state works are not US federal works so the license is false, copyright status is unknown but likely copyright to the photographer. OTRS verification needed to keep this image. Same false license as with the rest of this uploader's images.
